REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

RETURNS

We know most of you come back happy with your order. But sometimes, things don't fit or you change your mind. Please contact us before sending your item back, email us over at  with your name customerservice@londonthrift.com and order number.

We accept returns on items up to 3 days following payment, you will not be able to return your item if you surpass the 3 day period. We do accept returns, full amount paid will be refunded in store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and untampered, with any swing tags still in tact.

If you return an item to us after the 3 days period then we will request the postage costs to return the item back to you.

Please note, all store credit transactions are final. We don't take returns on exchanged items.

REFUND 

We’re offering only authentic products to our customer. 

We mentioned the damages or stains of a product on product discription and photos. kindly please read the discription of a product before Buying.

We apologize, if any customer got a product with damage Or stain. and there is no mention of that damages on a product discription. So that, if customer wants Refund or Exchange of a product we provide them full refund to them.

Before  we initiate the refund customer must have to send  the product back to us . when we got the Tracking No. from customer the refund will initiate within 24hours.

But customer must have to give a proof of that damage or stain which is not mentioned on the product discription.         ( Customer can send the photograph through mail or in  our chat support ) 

Unfortunetly, if the  package was missed placed by the courier companies we will provide the full refund to our customer and give them a discount promo code for his next purchase.

REFUND DON’T TAKE PLACE WHEN ??

NOTE : please clear your doubts on message box before purchasing the product

1) Customer don’t liked the colour of a product

2) customer find a damage or a stain  which is already mentioned on the discription before the purchased.

3) When customer crossed the deadline to appeal  refund.    ( After getting the product in hand customer have only 24hours to appeal the refund )

REPLACEMENT

Customer can replace any product 
but they must have to appeal within 24 hours after getting product in hand !
